How we do it ?
Our in-store textile experts carefully inspect each garment and follow the instructions on the care label to ensure proper handling. If any item is not suitable for a high-temperature wash, it will be returned to you unprocessed. We sort all items by color, wash them at 40°C, and neatly fold them for your convenience.

Our Wash and Fold service is priced per bag. You can fill the bag with as many garments or items as you like, up to the brim. The cost is fixed per bag.
If we find any items in your bag that are not eligible for the Wash and Fold service (e.g., items requiring dry cleaning or special care), we will set them aside and notify you. You can either choose to have them returned unwashed or arrange for an appropriate service at an additional cost.
