2Do you deliver in Abu Dhabi?

We cover all of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai for pick up and deliver.

3What are your turnaround times?

We offer 48hrs delivery as standard and next day delivery with a 50% surcharge for laundry and dry cleaning. Turnaround times may vary for other services. 

4Do you have a minimum order charge?

We have a minimum charge of AED55 per order.

5Are 5asec detergents safe for children?

We use EU ECO LABEL certified natural detergents which are harm free to the children and pets.

6What payment option are available?

You can pay using any one of the following options: 
Online Credit or Debit Card - via 5asec UAE AppWallet - via 5asec UAE App 
Card or Cash - at the store
Card or Cash - on delivery.

7How should i prepare for my First ORDER?
  1. Place your items in a bag.
  2. Select the service
    - If you are meeting us in person, tell our associate what service your need.
    - If you opted for Contactless service, write clearly on the bag which 5asec service you need.
  3. Our associate will collect your order in the scheduled time slot.
8Do you do subscriptions for regular customers?
  1. We offer monthly plans for the following:
    1. Clean and Press for Shirts & Trousers 
    2. Clean and Press for Kandoras and Abayas 
    3. Wash & Fold bags

9Are 5asec products environmentally friendly?

All our products and detergents are formulated to be aggressive against the dirt and gentle on the environment. Unlike most commercial laundries, our product range is phosphate and chlorine free.

10What is Maxima?

A unique cleaning program designed by 5asec especially for the most delicate fabrics. Maxima service is effective for the garments which are advised for hand wash only.

12Do you clean all types of shoes?

5asec Shoe care offers full service cleaning and restoration for all types of shoes.

13Does laundry detergent kill germs?

Our detergents and the cleaning process kills 99.99% of germs.

14How much are carpet cleaning services?

Our pricing start from AED35/sqm depending on the material of the carpet.

15What is White Plus?

Our White+ services use a specially designed chlorine-free formula to revive the colour in white fibres in your clothes.

16Do you provide laundry bag services?

Yes, our Wash & Fold service is the perfect way to get your daily laundry done. We have monthly subscriptions available started from AED 77.00* per bag.

We also provide LinenCare service for your daily bed, bath and table linens

17Can I send delicate garments that require hand washing?

Yes, our Maxima service is effective for the garments which are advised for hand wash only.

18Do you offer laundry services charged per kilo?

No, we charge per item for Clean and Press services and per bag for Wash & Fold and Linen Care services
