We currently have a Wash & Fold service bag that can be filled up to 10-12KG
We kindly ask you to ensure your pockets are emptied when you pass them to us for processing. However, we do generally check garments for stains, tears and items left in pockets during our garment examination and we will contact you via phone to inform you accordingly.
Our textile experts in-store will carefully inspect your garments and give processing recommendations according to the nature and care label of the garment. Rest assured we have more than one solution available for items recommended for hand wash.
One of the commitments 5asec makes to its customers is ‘guaranteed quality’. If a customer has concerns regarding the quality of the service provided, we would gladly run a second round of quality check and re-process the item free of charge if the quality of the first treatment was indeed inferior and the complaint was raised within the permitted time frame.

“A dry-cleaning machine is similar to a washing machine, except that it is larger and uses a closed-loop system: the solvent is recovered, filtered, and reused in the next cleaning cycle. This treatment combines mechanical action of the machine program with the efficiency of a solvent and is used for garments that cannot be washed in water because they could either shrink, discolor or lose its original shape.
Our fully computerized controlled machines with tailored programs, high-quality solvents, and additives along with correct loading of the machine are key to ensure the quality of cleaning. Proprietary programs, unique 100% distillation of quality solvents in recycling, and quality training ensure the best available dry-cleaning service in the industry.
Important: All our solvents are perchlo free to protect the health of our workers.
We have developed our own program for wet cleaning called 5aqua. It is the most environmentally sensitive professional method of garment cleaning. Specialized detergents and conditioners used in the wet clean process are milder than commercial laundry products, and all the garments are cleaned in temperature-controlled machines. The 5aqua cleaning program carefully controls of rotation of the washer drum, agitating the garments enough to remove the stains and as well as protecting the fiber.

All our customers receive their first re-usable laundry bag free of charge.
The concept is simple:
Collect your laundry in our bag, pass it to us for cleaning and we will process your items, wash + sterilize your laundry bag and return it all back to you for the next cycle.”
Your first laundry bag is free of charge and is all yours. It will always get cleaned along with your laundry at no additional charge. Any additional bags can be purchased for 15AED per bag. Please keep in mind, 5asec does not make a profit out of this price, it is purely a cost cover. Each bag is made of a poly-cotton mix and can be washed up to 80 times.
All laundry bags are made of the same material, however, you can pick different service labels: Clean & Press, Press only, Maxima and there is a new Wash& Fold bag
